परळी वैजनाथ : येथील नवगण शिक्षण संस्थेच्या कला व वाणिज्य महाविद्यालयांमध्ये आजीवन शिक्षण व विस्तार सेवा विभागाच्या वतीने दोन दिवशीय कार्यशाळा घेण्यात आली. या कार्यशाळेमध्ये मार्गदर्शक डॉ देवानंद पुरी हे बोलत होते यावेळी व्यासपीठावर प्राचार्य कॅप्टन डॉ मधुकर राजपांगे, वैद्यनाथ महाविद्यालयाचे डॉ चव्हाण, उपप्राचार्य डॉ महेश दाडगे उपस्थित होते. पुढे बोलताना डॉ पुरी म्हणाले की आपल्या शिक्षणाचा व्यवहारिक उपयोग आणि उदरनिर्वाह साठी उपयोग करावा. सध्याच्या विविध संधी मिळवायचे असतील तर संभाषण व लेखन कौशल्य आत्मसात केली पाहिजेत व ती कॉम्प्युटर सारख्या तंत्रज्ञानाच्या मदतीने विकसित केली पाहिजेत तसेच डॉ चव्हाण यांनी विद्यार्थ्यांच्या शारीरिक भावनिक व मानसिक अशा बहुआयामी व्यक्तिमत्व विकासाच्या संकल्पना स्पष्ट केल्या. तर प्राचार्य डॉ. राजपांगे यांनी केवळ नोकरीसाठी शिक्षण घेणे हे चुकीचे असून जीवन जगण्याची कौशल्य ही शिक्षणातून शिकली पाहिजेत व व्यावसायिक दृष्टिकोन ठेवला पाहिजे असे मत व्यक्त केले. तिसऱ्या सत्रांमध्ये डॉ दयानंद कुरुडे यांनी स्पर्धा परीक्षा विषयक मार्गदर्शन केले. त्यांनी गट अ पा

परळी: नवगण कला व वाणिज्य महाविद्यालय परळी वैजनाथ येथील गृहशास्त्र विभागातर्फे केक बनवून त्यावरील डेकोरेशन  करणे याचे दोन दिवसीय कार्यशाळा घेण्यात आली. विद्यार्थ्यांना स्वयं रोजगाराच्या संधी उपलब्ध करण्याचे हेतूने गृहशास्त्र विभागातर्फे विविध प्रकारचे केक शिकवण्यात आले, यामध्ये चॉकलेट केक, व्हॅनिला केक, डॉल केक, आईस केक, रेड वेलवेट केक अशाप्रकारे विविध केक शिकवून त्यावर विविध प्रकारचे आयसिंग कसे करायचे याचे दोन दिवसीय कार्यशाळा महाविद्यालयामध्ये दिनांक 13 व 14 सप्टेंबर 2023 घेण्यात आली, केक प्रशिक्षक सौ.पूनम सोनवणे यांनी केक बनवणे आणि आयसिंग करणे याचे उत्तम रित्या प्रशिक्षण विद्यार्थ्यांना दिले. विद्यार्थ्यांना स्वयंरोजगाराच्या संधी उपलब्ध व्हाव्या हा उद्देश या कार्यशाळे मागे होता. या कार्यशाळेसाठी गुहशास्त्र विभागाच्या  डॉ. वंदना फटाले यांनी परिश्रम घेतले. प्राचार्य कॅप्टन डॉ मधुकर राजपांगे यांनी संबंधित कार्य शाळेसाठी सर्व सुविधा उपलब्ध करून दिल्या. महाविद्यालयातल्या बहुसंख्या विद्यार्थिनींनी या कार्यशाळेचा लाभ घेतला.

नवगण कला व वाणिज्य महाविद्यालय परळी येथील गृहशास्त्र विभाग आणि एकात्मिक बाल विकास योजनेअंतर्गत येणाऱ्या परळी शहरातील सर्व अंगणवाडीयांच्या वतीने राष्ट्रीय पोषण माह निमित्त विविध कार्यक्रम आयोजित केले होते. या संपूर्ण महिनाभरामध्ये विविध ठिकाणच्या अंगणवाड्यांमध्ये आणि परिसरातील महिला व किशोर वयीन मुलींच्या आहार व आरोग्य विषयक समस्या, गर्भवती स्त्रियांचे पोषण, मध्यप्रौढावस्थेतील आजार आणि आहार, जीवनामध्ये भरड धान्यांचे महत्त्व अशा विविध पोषण विषय जनजागृती कार्यक्रम घेतल्या गेले.  पोषण महानिमित्त उद्घाटन पर प्रसंगी सौ संध्या देशमुख या अध्यक्ष होत्या त्यांनी प्रत्येकाच्या जीवनामध्ये आहाराचे महत्त्व आणि विविध आजारांवर कशी मात करता येते याबद्दल उत्कृष्ट मार्गदर्शन केले. कार्यक्रमाचे प्रास्ताविक अंगणवाडी ताई देशमुख यांनी केले. नवगण महाविद्यालयाच्या प्राध्यापिका डॉ.  वंदना फटाले मॅडम यांनी मध्यप्रौढावस्था आणि आहारातील बदल  या विषयी मार्गदर्शन केले. यावेळी अंगणवाडी सुपरवायझर सोमानकर मॅडम या होत्या.      पोषण महासमारोप  याप्रसंगी नगरपालिका सीओ. श्री कांबळे सर या कार्यक्रमास
