भाऊ : नात्यागोत्यांचे समन्वयक
बंकटस्वामी महाविद्यालय बीड चे उपप्राचार्य प्रा. बन्सी काळे हे आपल्या 33 वर्षाच्या सेवेनंतर 31 जुलै रोजी निवृत्त होत आहेत. त्या निमित्ताने त्यांच्या कार्याचा व स्वभावाचा परामर्श घेणारा विशेष लेख प्रा. बन्सी गणपतराव काळे आपल्या प्रदीर्घ सेवेतून सेवानिवृत्त होत आहेत. गेल्या 33 वर्षांमध्ये त्यांनी बंकटस्वामी महाविद्यालयामध्ये प्राध्यापक, पर्यवेक्षक आणि उपप्राचार्य पदावर आपली सेवा सचोटीने पूर्ण केली. मित्रहो वास्तविक बंकटस्वामी महाविद्यालयाचा आणि माझा तसा विशेष शैक्षणिक संबंध नाही. मी बलभीम महाविद्यालयाचा विद्यार्थी होतो आणि आदरणीय डॉ दीपाताई क्षीरसागर यांनी के एस के महाविद्यालय मध्ये मला नोकरी दिली. मात्र बंकटस्वामी मध्ये असणारे भाऊ हे माझे शालेय जीवनापासूनचे महाविद्यालय आहेत. ते आमचे विद्यापीठही आहेत. आज सेवानिवृत्तीच्या निमित्ताने मी त्यांच्या शैक्षणिक कारकिर्दीचा उहापोह करण्यापेक्षा माझ्या दृष्टीने व उपस्थित असलेल्या सर्व नातेवाईकांच्या स्नेही जणांच्या वतीने नात्यातले भाऊ व्यक्त करतो. भाऊ या शब्दाला आपल्या संस्कृतीत आदर आहे. आपुलकी आहे. आपलेपणा आहे. आम्ही आदराने प्रा बी जी क
